Just booked tickets to see Lauren Pritchard at Night & Day in February next year. Really looking forward to it, I missed her last time she played Manchester as it was the day after she had been that I first heard her, so I knew I had to go if she came back, she has such a stunning voice.

I absolutely adore Elbow, and soon as I heard this track when I first played Seldom Seen Kid I knew I wanted it to be a part of our wedding, Me and the boy decided that we would like it played after the service as we left the church , but the vicar wasn't that keen and wanted us to use the organist, so we compromised and he let us play it in the church as we signed the register.

Hello.

Welcome to yet another of my blogs. I do really want to get back into posting on my blogs and I had been thinking about doing this one for a while so I thought that now would be as good a time as any.
My main blog Tracey Loves Pattern was started as a way to promote my design work when I graduated but it ended up becoming more of a personal blog with much of the content being music I was listening to or bands I had been to see.
I wanted to do this blog to share the music that I like, I'm not trying to be a music writer, to be honest there probably won't be that much writing, nor will it be about promoting the latest hot band, infact you might even see some really naff music because if I like it I will post it!
I'm going to try and post at least one video daily of a song I like. Although with my track record of blog posting I don't hold much hope but the intention is there.
